We have several highly experienced insurance specialists on our team (as well as specialists in other areas of finance, including financial planning in general) in addition to our highly knowledgeable customer service staff.
One thing we don’t often get involved with is claims – for the simple reason that Regency has an expert team, spread across multiple countries and time zones, who are bona fide experts at solving all of the complex problems which occur when somebody needs medical treatment in a foreign country. We’re still happy to help, we’re just not the experts at solving those type of problems, and will therefore always refer you to the specialists.
